Refund and Returns Policy

At CraftySuri, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that are marked as non-returnable (e.g., custom-made or personalized products) are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@craftysuri.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that:

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If the return is approved but the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund request.

Shipping Costs:
Refunds will only include the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please follow the same process as outlined for returns and note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@craftysuri.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either:

  • Sending a replacement item at no additional charge.
  • Providing a full refund if the item is no longer available.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

6. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@craftysuri.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will issue you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  4. Pack your item securely, including the original packaging if possible.
  5. Ship the item back to us using the return address provided in the instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following:

  • Bank or credit card processing time: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If it has been more than 10 business days since we processed your refund, please contact us at info@craftysuri.com for assistance.
