At CraftySuri, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Below is our detailed Shipping Policy to ensure a smooth experience when purchasing from us.


1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days within the United States.
  • International Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the delivery method, and the destination. Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (within the United States).

  • Express Shipping is available for an additional charge.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, followed by an email with tracking details when your order ships.

If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, as well as selected international locations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers.

  • For heavy or oversized items, there may be additional shipping fees or special delivery arrangements. If applicable, we will contact you with further instructions.


6. International Orders

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are separate from shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
